Mara Victoria Magpantay, Esq

I am Mara Victoria Magpantay.  I am an attorney practicing immigration and nationality law.  I also assist my clients in contracts and trusts and wills.  My primary practice is immigration and nationality law and I help people and families to secure status to live and work in the USA.

I am a graduate of Ateneo de Manila University (School of Law) in Makati City, Philippines.  I came to the US in 1998 to join my husband.  Just like many of you, I went through the immigration process to be able to live and work here. In

my stay here in the US, I worked for real estate companies and franchisees of different fast food chains where I was involved in handling leases and other real estate transactions, restaurant operations, and performed various work in office administration which included human resources, recruitment, worker’s compensation, among others.

I understand what every immigrant goes through while waiting for his or her paperwork processed as I am one of you.
